Because our concrete crew sets anchor bolts and our steel crew erects to them, we survey every bolt group before steel delivery and fix misses before the crane is on site. Erection is sequenced by bay so deck and studs can follow the next day.
Winter concrete
Twin Cities temperatures reach -20°F and frost goes 42 inches deep. Our winter package covers ground thaw ahead of footings, heated tarp or framed enclosures, insulated curing blankets, accelerating admixtures where the mix design allows, and temperature readings logged every four hours through the cure period.
It is priced as a separate per-cubic-yard line, so your team can decide whether to carry it or reschedule a placement.
How we price
- Lump sum per scope, with inclusions and exclusions written out.
- Unit-price sheet for adds and deducts during buyout and construction.
- 30-day price hold. Steel and rebar carry an escalation clause tied to mill invoices.
- Monthly AIA G702/G703 billing against the schedule of values, with lien waivers each draw.
