What to include in a bid invitation
- 01
Project name, city and the owner or developer, if you can share it.

Link to drawings, specs and addenda (structural, architectural and geotechnical report).
- 03
Bid date, bid form, and which scopes you want priced: concrete, steel erection, metal deck, misc. metals.
- 04
Target start, any winter work, and your subcontract and insurance requirements.
