IRONPEAK CONSTRUCTION

A structural trade contractor built around the general contractor's schedule.

IronPeak Construction Inc is a Minnesota corporation based in northeast Minneapolis. We self-perform structural concrete, structural steel erection and miscellaneous metals for general contractors and developers on commercial, multifamily, industrial and institutional projects across the Twin Cities.

Why we self-perform

The structure sets the pace for every trade that follows. When the concrete sub and the steel erector are two companies who meet at the anchor bolts, a quarter-inch layout miss becomes a week of finger pointing.

We keep footings, embeds, steel and deck under one foreman structure. Our layout crew sets the bolts our erection crew bolts up to. That is the whole idea.

We stay narrow on purpose. We do not take on electrical, plumbing or mechanical work, which Minnesota licenses separately, and we do not sign homeowner remodeling contracts.

How a job runs

  • One field lead per project who attends your OAC meetings and owns our look-ahead.
