The building types our crews frame for general contractors.
Our scopes stay the same across building types. What changes is the slab thickness, the deck, the embed count and the phasing. Here is what that usually looks like.
Commercial
Retail, restaurants, offices, medical and dental clinics
Shallow footings and frost walls, 4" to 6" slabs-on-grade, steel frames with joists and roof deck, lintels at storefront openings, bollards at drive-thrus.
Multifamily, 4+ units
Podium and wood-over-podium apartment buildings
Cast-in-place podium slabs and columns, below-grade parking walls, elevator and stair cores, pan stairs and rails throughout.
Industrial
Warehouses, manufacturing additions, PEMB buildings
Foundations and anchor bolts for pre-engineered metal buildings, 6" to 8" reinforced slabs, dock pits and aprons, crane runway embeds, equipment pads.
Institutional
Schools, churches, community buildings
Additions tied into existing foundations, composite floor decks, accessible ramps and rails, phased work around occupied buildings.
